SURE and USEIT:
December 15 - February 25, 2013: First priority applications accepted on-line
March 1 - March 15, 2013: First priority applications reviewed. Certain candidates or their references may be contacted to participate in telephone interviews.
March 1 - Mid April 2013: Positions are offered. Each offer expires after one week. Some students will be notified that they are program alternates. In past years, several program alternates have later received offers.
December 15, 2012 - May 26, 2013: Applications accepted until all internship positions are filled. Don’t wait to apply! In recent years we have had very few internships for late applicants.
May 13 - August 30, 2013: SCEC/SURE program endpoints. Interns participate for 8-10 consecutive weeks in this time frame, with specifics dependent upon mentor and project.
June 10 - August 2, 2013: SCEC/USEIT, Summer 2013, 8 week program.

Late May/Early June - August 3, 2013: Dates that USC housing is available for USEIT and SURE interns who are staying on the USC campus.

September 8 - 11, 2013: SCEC Annual Meeting
