Print and Electronic Products and Services	1996-1998: SCEC CEO director Andrews served as Committee co-chair, Education and Information, California Earthquake Loss Reduction Plan revision. 1997-1999: SCEC scientists and outreach personnel aided in review and revisions to "California at Risk," now titled "California State Earthquake Mitigation Plan." 1999-2000: Andrews and Henyey were participants in creation of legislative bill for State support of cooperating earthquake research organizations in the State of California. 1999: SCEC CEO director Andrews represented SCEC on EPARR (Emergency Preparedness and Response Review) Committee
