Joint Participation and Cooperation Agreements	SCEC CEO director Andrews and staff member Marquis are participants in DLESE's focus groups and list-serv groups. As part of the NSF-funded Electronic Encyclopedia of Earthquakes (E3) Project (2000-2001), Andrews and Marquis will be attending DLESE meetings and teleconferences as necessary.
