Joint Participation and Cooperation Agreements	Partnership to address vulnerability of our urban infrastructure through collaboration and creation of a multi-layered GIS database for use by emergency preparedness, response and recovery officials, policymakers, and planners.Earthquakes and Urban Infrastructure Project: Future commitment by SCEC to partner with Los Alamos National Lab Urban Security Group was to be determined through conference calls, planning meetings and possible future workshops. Due to decreased funding, Los Alamos Urban Security Group was forced to table this project indefinitely.
