Joint Participation and Cooperation Agreements PEER (Pacific Earthquake Engineering Center), MCEER (Multidisciplinary Center for Earthquake Engineering Research) and MAE (Mid-America Earthquake Engineering Center) are active participants in the Earthquake Information Providers Group (EqIP), jointly sponsored by SCEC and other NEHRP Agency-funded organizations. Representatives of each are members of the EqIP Steering Committee (EQSTC), chaired by SCEC CEO director Andrews, 1998-2000.
