The 2008 SCEC Annual Meeting will be held September 6-11 at the Hilton Palm Springs Resort in Palm Springs, California. The Hilton is the same venue as the 2007 SCEC Annual Meeting, and the hotel web site is http://www.hiltonpalmsprings.com/.

The agenda is available. There will be poster presentations with abstracts due online no later than August 21. Posters should be 120 cm high by 180 cm wide (4 ft high x 6 ft wide). Meals will be served buffet style as has become the tradition at SCEC meetings. We are not able to accept poster abstracts or hotel reservation requests after the deadline due to space limitations.

Posters will be put up in two groups this year, due to space restrictions. The results in the abstract search below will provide the location of each abstract and link to a map guide for either Group 1 or Group 2. These guides and all abstracts are also available in the full volume of meeting proceedings, now available for download (3 MB PDF).

Following the annual meeting this year will be a workshop on the Salton Trough Seismic Project, September 10th and 11th.
