As with last year's SCEC Annual Meeting, we will once again be accepting "poster promo" slides! We hope these prove to be a useful resource for raising awareness of specific posters being presented at the meeting, and are a way for visual learners to preview posters without flipping through pages of abstracts in the meeting volume.

We intend to assemble an electronic slideshow presentation to help promote our posters outside of the poster session itself. This presentation will run on continuous loop by the registration desk at all times, and also in the meeting rooms during downtime (between sessions).

The rules for submitting a "poster promo" slide are simple: one slide per meeting poster, and one file (preferably Microsoft PowerPoint format) per slide. You may upload your slide directly to our server using our online form. We also ask for a certain minimal amount of metadata, primarily to keep track of the slides and accurately assemble them into a working slideshow for the meeting.
