Website Manager and Publications Coordinator
Job Description: Manage our website and other electronic aspects of communication in our office.
The latter category of "other electronic aspects" includes preparing publications to be sent to a print shop (e.g. color posters, newsletters, brochures, reports), running the office's image scanning and archiving system, assisting staff in embedding images in e-mail messages or reports, and related computer tasks. Our non-profit corporation's office is located at the University of California research park in Richmond adjacent to San Francisco Bay.
Qualifications: Mac and web experience, graphic and writing skills experience with applications for Macintosh Word PageMaker Illustrator Photoshop GoLive experience in website development and maintenance good references from your previous employer professional-level skill in writing and editing graphic talent
	Compensation: $40,000 + Full-time employment (regular 40-hr. work week, with overtime rare) with benefits; $40,000+ depending on qualifications.   Creative Opportunities (e.g. Electronic Encyclopedia of Earthquakes) We have received funding for a new web project called the Electronic Encyclopedia of Earthquakes. We do live webcasts of earthquake tests and work with interesting educators and researchers. We need a creative as well as competent person.
