Foreign National Paperwork at LANL

If you are a non-US citizen, paperwork which will take between 45-90 days (depending upon nationality) is required. To ensure you will be able to attend the workshop, please contact Carl Gable (gable@lanl.gov) ASAP to determine if we will need 90 days for your paperwork. Sorry for the hassle.

A Form 982 (Visit by a Foreign National) needs to be completed and approved BEFORE you can come to Los Alamos. Once you reply back with the information requested below, Yvonne will complete the form. If you provided this information when you visited Los Alamos in the past, Yvonne will have the information on file and you do not need to provide the information again.

After you are approved to visit, you will need to bring your passport and visa with you to Los Alamos so that you can be badged.
