- No abstracts will be accepted after FRIDAY, August 15, 2025 (5:00 pm Pacific Time).
- See here to submit an abstract for inclusion in the SCEC2025 program. There is no fee to submit a poster abstract but space is limited so only one abstract will be accepted per first author.
- Early-bird registration ends FRIDAY, August 15, 2025 (5:00 pm Pacific Time).
- Participants may register after August 15, but the registration fee will increase to $450 and late registrants will not be included in the printed program. See here for instructions to register. Registration is a two-part process and is not official until you have completed the payment portion.
