2019 SCEC Annual Meeting

SCEC 2019 Meeting Registration

Log in to SCEC to register for the annual meeting, submit an abstract, or edit your registration until the deadline of August 15, 2019 (5:00pm PST).

After August 15th deadline, registration is only available on-site and incurs a $300 late fee.

STANDARD REGISTRATION
There is no registration fee for participants registering online by the deadline. Included in the standard registration are:

Sunday, September 8 - Welcome Reception, Distinguished Lecture, Dinner, Poster Session

Monday, September 9 - Breakfast, Plenary Sessions, Lunch, Poster Sessions, Honors Banquet

Tuesday, September 10 - Breakfast, Plenary Sessions, Lunch, Poster Sessions, Dinner

Wednesday, September 11 - Breakfast and Plenary Sessions

ON-SITE REGISTRATION AND CHECK-IN
On-site registration will be available in the Hilton lobby only during these check-in time periods:

Sunday, September 8 (7:00 am - 5:00 pm)

Monday, September 9 (7:00 am - 8:00 am)

Pick up your registration packet in the Hilton lobby during the check-in times listed above. Registration packets include name badge, program and tickets for evening events.

GUEST TICKETS
Guests accompanying meeting registrants may purchase passes to participate in group meals and evening social events in the Hilton lobby, only during check-in times listed above.
