SCEC 2019 Venue and Travel Information

MEETING VENUE
The SCEC Annual Meeting will be held at the Hilton Palm Springs Resort in Palm Springs, California.

FLIGHTS AND GROUND TRANSPORT
Participants are recommended to fly directly into Palm Springs Airport (PSP), which is 2 miles from the meeting venue. The Hilton Palm Springs Resort offers a free shuttle service to/from the airport. Participants are asked to call the Hilton front desk (1-760-320-6868) to schedule a ride.

LODGING
A block of rooms at the Hilton Palm Springs Resort is reserved for the SCEC Annual Meeting at the federal per diem rate of $106 per night. An additional resort fee and local taxes will apply. As of Aug 13, peak nights have sold out! You may still be able to reserve a room for Monday arrival on the group reservation page. Alternately, use the Hilton address  (400 E. Tahquitz Cyn) in your favorite booking site to locate another hotel within walking distance - there are several.
