EAR Program solicitation update

The Division of Earth Sciences, National Science Foundation (NSF/EAR) has revised the program solicitations for eight of its programs. Previously, the core research programs shared solicitations for proposals. Now each program has its own program solicitation. Future proposal submissions to EAR should be made to the appropriate solicitation. They are all posted on the NSF website (http://www.nsf.gov/div/index.jsp?div=EAR).
