John manages the websites for all SCEC Communication, Education, and Outreach (CEO) projects, including the ShakeOut, TsunamiZone, and Earthquake Country Alliance. In addition, he also oversees the databases that support those projects, and frequently works with professionals at other agencies, both domestic and international, in providing managed access to this data. John leads a team of student workers to assist with these tasks.

John is also in charge of the servers used by the QuakeCatcher Network (QCN) project, hosted at USC and managed in partnership with the Incorporated Research Institutions for Seismology (IRIS).
