Rob undertook his Ph.D. at the University of Oregon with Ray Weldon. After a short Post-Doc with the USGS in Menlo Park he returned home to work on paleoseismic and seismic hazard problems in New Zealand. He works at GNS Science as a Senior Scientist in the Active Landscapes Dept.
