About Me Publications
34+ years with the California Geological Survey, primarily working within CGS's Seismic Hazard Mapping Program. CGS Chair of the California Earthquake Clearinghouse. Acts as CGS Earthquake Hazard Communication Coordinator. Authored 20+ Seismic Hazard Zonation Maps and Reports, 1996-2010. Co-compiler for the Geologic Map of the Monterey 30' by 60' Quadrangle, 2002.

Has been involved with California tsunami inundation hazard mapping and outreach with Cal OES, NWS/NOAA, and FEMA, and earthquake and tsunami K12 science outreach with partners at SCEC. Participates in public and educational outreach including ShakeOut, Tsunami Preparedness Week, and National Preparedness Month. Provides geoscience public outreach to K12 educators, museums, CERT, and other groups providing insight and understanding with regards to California's geologic hazards and mineral resources.
