Instructor positions at Central Washington University

The Department of Geological Sciences at Central Washington University
invites applications for two 9-month instructor positions from
September 16, 2005 to June 15, 2006. Responsibilities include teaching
a selection of introductory geology courses, an upper division course
in your area of expertise, and either 1) historical geology or 2)
stratigraphy and environmental studies. The positions are open to
applicants from all disciplines of geological sciences. All applicants
will be considered for both positions unless otherwise requested. A
Masters Degree in Geological Sciences or a closely allied fieldis
required.

The department is composed of dynamic and enthusiastic faculty who
maintain active, diverse research programs in which undergraduate and
M.S. students participate. Central Washington University is located in
Ellensburg, population 15,000, which provides one of the finest living
environments in the Pacific Northwest.
