I am a transfer student who went from Pasadena City College to the California State Polytechnic University Pomona(Cal Poly Pomona). I am a mechanical engineering student who wants to pursue mechatronics since I am fascinated by the mechanical aspect and the electronics. I love to design my models on CAD because I get to see the beauty of mechanical design, as well as working with electronics to see how machines are powered. I want to one day be able to work at either Jet Propulsion Laboratory or Boeing since I really enjoy the projects they have. I want to be able to take part in the creation of a rover or the assist in the design of an airplane. Through this I want to inspire those who interested in pursuing engineering. It may seem hard at first but if you put the work in, everything will land in place. If I, someone who did not know what engineering was until freshman year of college, anyone can do it, believe it.
